Return and Exchange Policy

• No refund or exchange unless the item is damaged or an incorrect item.
• Piecesbyalia is not responsible  if the customer selects the wrong size.

 

Buying Policy

• Name, address and phone number to be provided by the customer.
• Correct email address to be provided by customer for order confirmation.

 

Shipping Policy

• Orders will take up to 3 to 5 working days to be delivered in the UAE 
• Shipments within the GCC will take upto 3 to 8 working days to be delivered.
• Piecesbyalia is not responsible if the customer does not respond to the courier company.

 

Delivery

• All deliveries will be chargeable. 
• Within the UAE shipping is 30 AED for most areas. 
• As for GCC countries we offer two options fast delivery and regular delivery ( charges vary based on weight)
